Tell him that leaders are servants 
And he who wants to lead must be at great peace with himself and nature

And he must learn to wash the feet of others before his gets washed, probably 
Tell him about team spirit and commitment 
He must be focused and unwavering in his decisions 
His whole elements of life should be on deck when he works 
Tell him that with great results comes great sacrifice
