The Mannequin Challenge

Most of us are mannequins

The breathing types

Static; walking coffins

Mobile but frozen

But most of us don’t fit clothes

Which would be better

We fit dead dreams

Snoring ideas, buried aspirations

Maybe these mannequins are better

Because they’re choiceless

Maybe we’re worse

Because we’re not

Life is no routine

Life is action

And if we’re missing out of it

Then we’re in one accord with these mannequins

So withdraw from the mannequin challenge

And become the action
