PAIN HAS A FONT SIZE
Sometimes we feel were the only one walking down that dark and lonely road
We silently scream and innately blow secret sirens seeking for help
But
The world is just too myopic to see through our drowning souls and save us from our ocean of tears
shredded in threads like a tailors cloth pieces We walk bold and beautiful but our hearts are
But for every pain, they is a healing rain
For every shed tear there is an eye that sees and is picking up an alabaster of restoration to wipe them away
The darker the present, the brighter the future
Pain has a font size
Were never tested more than we can bear
He never gives you a 16 when you’re capable of a 14
He double spaces not your lines of patience when he knows you can’t make it to the next page
He stretches you but not to the point of making you lose your grip and tight firm
Pain has a font size
And there’s always somebody whose been through your tear before
Experienced the same salty taste of your pain
So maybe you’re not lonely anyways
You’ve got a walking partner
